Two private courtyard spaces, 25 new homes, 3 creative studio space.
Four Hundred restores and brings back to life a site that has been hidden and unused for years.
The historic stable-block located on site will be retained and converted to provide a creative studio space.
Two private courtyard spaces will sit at the heart of the scheme, serving as an oasis of calm in a busy city and as informal amenity spaces for residents and occupiers.
At the front of the site, facing on to Caledonian Road, the grand old Victorian town house will be refurbished, creating a retail studio on the ground floor and two homes above - restoring an important local building back in to active life.
At the rear of the site, two purpose-built blocks will provide 21 new homes, with a pair of new semi-detached houses and a secure cycle store completing the mix.
Taken as a whole, these interventions will ensure that Four Hundred once again plays an active and important role on this historic stretch of ‘The Cally’.
